Similar to Dawar’s Board of Directors, Dawar’s management team is made up of experienced professionals who oversee the company’s everyday business focus and are dedicated to its continued success.

Carl joined Dawar Technologies from Quality Fabricating Inc., a precision metal fabricator, where he served as President and CEO. Previously Carl worked for J&L Structural for 13 years in various executive positions, including President, Vice President and Treasurer. Carl was one of three partners to start J&L Structural and grow the business from $38 million in sales to over $110 million. Prior to J & L, Carl held various management roles at LTV Steel. In addition, Carl has also been a successful entrepreneur/consultant to a number of companies. Some of the previous positions he has held are Executive Vice President of Fourteenth Street Corporation, a land and building company; Vice President and Treasurer of Precision Galvanizing Inc., a producer of galvanized steel sheets; and Vice Chairman of Dawar Technologies. Carl received a B.A. in Mathematics and Political Science from Lehigh University and an M.B.A. from Duquesne University.

Dennis brings over 15 years of Sales and Operations experience from his work with industry-leading manufacturers such as Johnson Controls, Dynamet Incorporated and Fisher Scientific. These industries varied in scope from Building Automation Systems to the manufacture of precision forged & machined components for the orthopedic and aerospace industries. Prior to joining Dawar Technologies, Dennis was the Director of Operations for Fisher Scientific’s Electrochemistry Division. Dennis has a Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Marquette University and a Masters in Business Administration from Katz Graduate School of Business, University of Pittsburgh.

Karl brings 15 years of financial accounting and management experience to Dawar. He started his career with the 15th largest manufacturer and distributor of building products in the country, where he quickly moved up to the controllership position. During his time there, he was a key member in a multi-state corporate restructuring that greatly improved the company’s financial position. Karl comes to Dawar Technologies from a packaging distributor and manufacturer that serviced the largest steel and aluminum companies in the world. In addition to his controller position there, he was also responsible for office operations, Human Resources and Information Systems for the company. He also served in the 420th Engineering Unit of the United States Army Reserves and is a graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a B.S. degree in Accounting.

Peter comes to Dawar with over 8 years of sales experience as a Sales Manager with Fisher Scientific, where he helped to launch their Inside Sales Force covering the entire United States. This group grew from infancy to over 36 representatives and an additional Safety Products group. Peter also brings a background of technical detail from Marconi Communications, where he worked as a Technical Proposal Engineer preparing sales solutions to industry giants such as WorldCom, Singular and Bell South. Peter has a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics with a minor in Math and Computer Science from the University of Pittsburgh.

David brings to Dawar over 10 years of electronics experience and 2 years of sales experience. David served with the military in the United States Air Force in Satellite Communications under the 374th Wing. After the military, David worked for a leading anti-theft equipment company transitioning from service engineer to the Northeast Technical Trainer. David came to Dawar with 2 years of sales experience as a sales engineer which handled major accounts throughout western PA, OH and NY. David has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management.
