Dawar’s laser-cutting capabilities provide you with a comprehensive product finishing process. Laser cutting enables Dawar to produce items such as windows and lenses for the communication and bar code scanner industries using acrylics, Plexiglas and other polymer materials that cannot be die-cut. Dawar uses materials manufactured with different non-glare finishes and coatings (anti-fog, anti-smudge, anti-reflective and hardcoating). For excellent scratch resistance, diamond hard cast acrylic can be produced to meet your nanometer requirements with excellent light transmission and reflection qualities that far exceed those of polycarbonate and extruded acrylic. Additionally, Dawar’s laser-cutting capabilities can provide short-run, quick turnaround overlay and membrane switch products to provide you with parts you need quickly.
